Trump better take care of business before the marijuana community walks.

In a May 1, 2017 letter (just uncovered) signed by Jeff Sessions opposes the restriction of funds to the Department of Justice - for the enforcement of the Controlled Substances Act.  At the end of the day, it's just Sessions being Sessions, and the real teeth in any action against the States Medical Marijuana Programs will have to come from Donald Trump himself.    We're hoping Trump is paying lip service to the foes of medical marijuana and a needless State vs Federal legal war can be avoided.  Whatever the case may be, here is a grim report on latest bluster coming out of the Swamp.

"Sessions latest diatribe against marijuana has no legs and flies in the face of all the facts." - Johnny Rodroguiz

A letter from Attorney General Jeff Sessions to legislators states that the Trump administration might take an aggressive role in enforcing federal marijuana laws - which might be struck down in supreme court, including interfering with states where cannabis is legal.

Retort: This measure will be very costly.  However, from a litigation point of view, this law means that armies of lawyers will be busy.  You have to take care of your own, after all Mr. Sessions is a lawyer.

“I believe it would be unwise for Congress to restrict the discretion of the Department to fund particular prosecutions, particularly in the midst of an historic drug epidemic and potentially long-term uptick in violent crime.  The Department must be in a position to use all laws available to combat the transnational drug organizations and dangerous drug traffickers who threaten American lives.” - Sessions

reverse Sessions marijuana speak = the facts

Retort: A load of Bull.  Legalization has wiped out organized crime, in regard to marijuana.  States with legalization, property values are up, DUI down, suicide down, drug overdose down, domestic violence down.  With the downfall of the "mainstream" or more accurately, stagnant-pungent stream media, Session's War on Drugs diatribe has no traction.

He goes on to say brutally, States where the cultivation or distribution of marijuana has been legalized are also contributing to the rise of drug traffickers, (FALSE) The attorney general pointed to one case in Colorado where a licensed marijuana business was shipping marijuana out of state. (TRUE).  This is the Fed's hook into marijuana, where they try to justify messing with everything marijuana.  Call it for what it is.  The Feds are gaming.

"Smoking marijuana, in addition, has negative health effects,” Sessions

The humanity of it all.  The reality is that Session and his kind are blocking millions of patients from benefiting from medical marijuana, plain and simple.  States that have legalized marijuana have also had a DROP IN USE BY MINORS.  Legalization has more or less wiped organized crime dealing in marijuana.  States are reaping a windfall in tax revenues.  It's all win-win-win and more win.  Sessions has no leg to stand on.

America Tuning Out - Mass Media Seen as Propaganda

The Rise of America and the fall of Mainstreamers like Kelly, Sessions,

WILL THE REAL JEFF SESSIONS STAND UP - without a tinfoil hat

Jeff Sessions, a man of dubious IQ, a man of plenty of ethics, a man who does what he's told, a man who's probably never read a medical research paper in his life.  His policy is formed by the "wisdom" of urban myth from the deep south in the 1950's.  Jeff is named after his great-granddaddy, who was president of the Confederates before and during the Civil War.  Jeff could not resist the opportunity to follow in Grandaddy's steps and mark a mark of his own.

Retort: Plain and Simple.  Jeff Sessions ain't working for America's.  Americans overwhelmingly favor marijuana legalization. And Jeff Sessions ain't following the law.  The constitution says marijuana is a State affair."

FAKE NEWS ALERT -  Or maybe Russia, led by Jeff Sessions is conspiring to start a second Civil war, by using marijuana as the fuse. Following the logic of so-called mainstream media, there could be no other rational explanation.

Yes, the Session family are career politicians and legislators from way back.  Law men and paper pushers, of dubious cause.  Grandaddy was at the tip of the spear in defending slavery while Jeff is at the tip of the spear in attacking marijuana.   The veterans, epileptics, children, cancer victims, millions of Americans, the States who have determined that marijuana is medicine, well they can all go to hell.

"You gotta wonder what's going on behind the scenes, Trump does not need nor want to piss off the majority of Americans that want marijuana legalized." - Johnny Rodriguez

The tip of the spear of the Federal Government is Jeff Sessions, and his intent to attack the individual states on marijuana amounts to, take your pick; incompetence, inciting Civil war, complying with lobbyist against national interest, breaking the law - the constitution states that in all issues relating to marijuana - so long as it is an internal affair - each state writes and enforces its own laws.   At the end of the day, Sessions, whatever his personal ethics are, is not abiding by the laws of the land, he's following orders which ain't from the people of the United States of America.

“According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, marijuana use is linked to an increased risk of psychiatric disorders such as psychosis, respiratory ailments such as lung infections, cognitive impairments such as IQ loss, and substance use disorder and addiction.”

The above statement is sad, misinformed, is a mound of steaming bull crap.  The Fed owns several patents on the medical efficacy of marijuana in many areas.  Federal sponsored research led directly to the creation of the Israeli Medical Marijuana program, which uses marijuana widely, and especially to treat psychological trauma PTSD in soldiers.  Cannabis has been shown, in a number of peer reviewed medical studies to alleviate asthma, with only a small handful of dope heads smoking so much that it affected them negatively.

“One recent study conducted in part by researchers at Duke University showed, for example that people who started smoking marijuana frequently in their teens lost an average of eight IQ points by middle age.” - Sessions

Roger Stone - Adviser to many presidents, from Nixon to Trump and many between

Retort: Session is gaming and nothing more. The data shows that the use of marijuana in the age group 12-21 goes down where marijuana is legalized.  Sessions, in effect wants more young people to take up illegal marijuana consumption.  This is the logical conclusion.

DOWN, DOWN, DOWN After legalization, teen marijuana use drops sharply in Colorado -. Dec 21, 2016 - Teen marijuana use fell sharply in Colorado in the years 2014 and 2015, ... 12 to 17 had used marijuana in the past year in 2014 or 2015, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN ...

“It is thus unsurprising that in the last administration both the Department of Health and Human Services and the DEA concluded that “marijuana has a high potential for abuse, no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States, and a lack of accepted safety for use under medical supervision.”

President Trump during the 2016 election campaign vowed to favor states rights when it came to marijuana and said he supported medical marijuana 100 percent.

In 1990, Trump labeled the federal government’s War on Drugs “a joke.  Now Trump is in charge of the joke.

“We’re losing badly the war on drugs, you have to legalize drugs to win that war. You have to take the profit away from these drug czars. Keeping it illegal just drives up the black market cost and the black market profits as well” - "Honest" Donald Trump

Retort:  Right.

“I’m definitely not a fan of expanded use of marijuana.” - Sessions

The retort to Sessions is that he has failed in every area regarding to the technical, medical, legal and logical areas of the argument.  As such, his opinion about expanded use has no IQ attached to it.

“States they can pass the laws they choose. I would just say it does remain a violation of Federal law to distribute marijuana throughout any place in the United States, whether a state legalizes it or not,” - Sessions

“Good people don’t smoke marijuana,” - Sessions

Sorry that you have to be Canadian to get cannabis medical insurance

Retort:  Good people don't get cancer, don't get childhood epilepsy, don't have Crohn's, etc.

"The use of illegal drugs in the US is part of the agenda to intoxicate, stupify and dumb down its people. The barely conscious don't know what's happening around them. Substances that damage consciousness should be illegal, including alcohol. If you can't face life with your eyes open then end your life while the rest of us show some spine and do the work. If getting high is all you care about then you are not needed and deserve nothing." - Felicia Scott

"Nice try. but no." -  Schultz.

"Prohibition didn't work and it never will" - Sonic Turd .

"anti-weed crusade" well that I can't get behind. It's a failure. It's old and dated thinking and this will be the nail in the coffin of any potentially good things Trump will do, this horrible mess will overshadow it. Kiss your taxpaying money goodbye!" - El Stupido

"Stupid, stupid, stupid." -Afitar

"So much for draining the swamp. Same swamp, same swamp creatures doing the same swampy, creaturely things."  -Finally!  Finally!

"Attention ! Pharmaceutical companies are the ones who are providing the actual deadly and harmful being taken by Americans . Cannabis is not the problem and how dumb of them not to know that.  - Pundora

"God gave me use of all seed and fruit bearing plants, anything against my religion is not acceptable. I have the freedom to practice my religion and you can't override a citizens referendum." - Feds off my Meds

"The constitution is written on hemp paper and the declaration of independence also! They are close cousins. The states can make their own laws, these fucs are insane and out of control!!!" - Beaver Skinner

420EvaluationsOnline:  We believe that the Feds will not be coming into California anytime soon to mess with in-state only medical marijuana providers and patients.  California Law provides citizens with Telehealth, which allows people to go online and get their Medical Marijuana ID, Recommendations and Medical related grow permits.  The process takes only a few minutes and is much cheaper than visiting most clinics or doctor's offices.   Our documents are accepted at delivery services, cannabis cooperatives and clubs, dispensaries and other points of access.

America vs Sessions

America in 2017- Note Jeff's Confederate states = little marijuana

"This is the good news, Attorney-General Jeff Sessions has apparently privately reassured some Republican Senators that he won't deviate from an Obama era policy of allowing States to implement their own marijuana laws."   Emma Vigeland - TYT Politics Producer

Sessions Must Give Thumbs Up to States Medical Marijuana Law?

“In terms of Marijuana and legalization, I think that should be a state issue, state-by-state. Marijuana is such a big thing. I think Medical should happen, right? Don’t we agree?" - Donald Trump

One thing for sure, No matter which side you're on, Donald Trump and his administration are definitely not boring.  His supporters and enemies are passionate to say the least.  Then there some people in the middle who just don't know what to think.  Now that Jeff Sessions is appointed Attorney General, a tidal wave freak out by marijuana advocates has ensued.

“Western Civilization was responsible for a paradigm shift in history. It created the industrial and scientific revolutions that enabled the birth of a transportation, communications and knowledge revolution unprecedented in the 5 billion year history of this planet. Unfortunately this revolution took place amidst a moral vacuum at the very top of the power structure. It is as if a three year old child had been given control over both a candy story and a shotgun. He was able to use the shotgun to get all the candy he wanted but he had no idea what to do next. Whenever somebody tried to tell him too much candy was bad for him, he shot the person who said that.” - Benjamin Fulford
