SESSIONS RELUCTANT THUMBS UP TO MARIJUANA?

IS IT OFFICIAL?  TRUMP IS MARIJUANA FRIENDLY?

Sessions Must Give Thumbs Up to States Medical Marijuana Law?

“In terms of Marijuana and legalization, I think that should be a state issue, state-by-state. Marijuana is such a big thing. I think Medical should happen, right? Don’t we agree?" - Donald Trump

One thing for sure, No matter which side you're on, Donald Trump and his administration are definitely not boring.  His supporters and enemies are passionate to say the least.  Then there some people in the middle who just don't know what to think.  Now that Jeff Sessions is appointed Attorney General, a tidal wave freak out by marijuana advocates has ensued.

smoke and mirrors - washington bullshit

But... is there any fire with that smoke bomb?  Think about it.  Is this reality inverted?  Is up really down?  If you reverse everything that politicians say, will you come closer to the truth?  Back in the day, President Obama went in on a platform of peace, but proceeded to make war throughout his entire reign spending a trillion or so per year. That is enough money to put every black man, woman and child out of debt and into their own homes.

Obama and Clinton supposedly were for helping the working man and woman, but the reality is food stamps are given out at nearly doubled during their run.   So too, Obama claimed to inhale, but ramped up the War on Drugs, with the black man suffering from the bulk of the consequences.

"I’ve publicly claimed that if Donald Trump does become president, I would effectively move to a different country.   Regardless of my inner struggle with accepting the impending reality of Trump as the 45th POTUS and The Running Man neo-cyberpunk society that will emerge, there’s one existential fact that remains. If you want weed legalized, Donald Trump is your best option this November."-  MerryJane.com

With Trump and Sessions, the left media has convinced a lot of people that they're going to smash down your door and take away your marijuana Nazi style.  But, when was the last time this leftist media was right about anything?   Let's look at what came out of the horse's mouth  (and hopefully not the ass).

UPON APPOINTMENT - SESSION DID NOT SAY HE'S GOING TO OVERRULE THE STATE'S MARIJUANA LAWS

Newly appointed Attorney General, Jeff Sessions did NOT commit to vigorously enforcing federal marijuana prohibition laws that conflict with existing state laws.   Senators Patrick Leahy and Mike Lee asked Sessions if he would enforce federal marijuana prohibition laws with federal resources in opposition to states that have adopted medical marijuana laws.

“When you come into a Trump administration, it’s the Trump agenda you’re implementing and not your own, I think Senator Sessions is well aware of that.” - Sean Spicer

Trump spokesman Sean Spicer said that Mr. Jeff Sessions would follow Trump’s lead on marijuana policy. Trump agrees and has stated repeatedly that each state can establish their own marijuana laws.

Trump on Marijuana

  • “What about the state's’ right aspect of it?” If they vote for it, they vote for it. But I think, Medical Marijuana, 100%".
  • “We’re losing badly the War on Drugs. You have to legalize drugs to win that war. You have to take the profit away from these drug czars.”
  • "US drug enforcement efforts are a joke, drugs should be legalized to take the profit away from these drug czars."
  • "Medical Marijuana is another thing, but I think Recreational Marijuana, it's bad. And I feel strongly about that."
  • "If the States vote for it, they vote for it. But they've got a lot of problems going on right now, in Colorado. Some big problems. But I think Medical Marijuana, 100 percent."
  • "States should be allowed to legalize Marijuana if they chose to do so."
  • “In terms of Marijuana and legalization, I think that should be a state issue, state-by-state. Marijuana is such a big thing. I think Medical should happen, right? Don’t we agree?"

Sessions Stomping on Rights or Upholding Them?

IS THERE SMOKE WITH THAT FIRE?  NOT IF SESSIONS LAYS OFF MARIJUANA

Robert Capecchi, Director of Federal Policies said in a statement from MPP that Senator Sessions deliberately and wisely chose NOT TO COMMIT TO A VIGOROUS ENFORCEMENT OF FEDERAL MARIJUANA PROHIBITION.  Sessions recognized that enforcing federal anti-marijuana laws depends on available resources, which are limited.  in his efforts to balance the books In effect, it would seem that the last thing Trump would want to do is to throw more money at the failed War on Drugs,, Sessions passed on the opportunity to take an extreme prohibitionist approach.  A Trump spokesperson said that the attorney general would follow the president's lead on medical marijuana (see further reading for details).

"We remain cautiously optimistic that the incoming administration will continue the current policy of not interfering with individuals and entities acting in compliance with state marijuana laws.” - Sean Spicer.

At the end of the day, the enigmatic and pragmatic Trump has the opportunity to score an absolute coup, with an American population that overwhelmingly approves of marijuana legalization.  If the average marijuana user gets it, that while Trump is strongly against drug and alcohol abuse, he's not going to stand in the way of the people and their pot.

FLEXIBLE TRUMP - VODKA SALESMAN WHO DOES NOT DRINK

After all, he's strongly against consuming alcohol on a personal basis after his brother died of alcoholism, he's served millions of drinks in his hotels and casino's.  Come hell or high water, we just can't see Trump coming down against the people's wishes, which is to legalize marijuana, in all but a handful of states.

420EvaluationsOnline: Sessions is not getting in your way, at least in the foreseeable future, to get a medical marijuana card, doctor's recommendation, growers permits in California, Nevada, and the other states that have legalized medical marijuana.  The California Board of Medicine encourages patients to use telehealth services when the quality of care is equivalent to an face to face visit to the doctor's office.

Our 100% online process takes only a few minutes to complete and is much cheaper than a visit to the doctor's office.  Documents are approved and emailed same day and hard copy are mailed in a non-marijuana marked envelope.  ID and 420 evaluations are accepted at dispensaries, delivery services, online cannabis based medicine suppliers (in State), cooperatives and compassion clubs.  Cannabis ID cards are handy to prove legal MMJ status when purchasing, possessing and transporting marijuana.

Jeff Sessions says if Americans don’t want him to enforce marijuana laws, they should change them

Our read, Jeff does not like recreational weed for sure, but he's not going to spend taxpayer money fighting state's marijuana laws.  He says, I am here to enforce the laws of the land, so he'd like to see the Federal laws concerning marijuana cleaned up to reflect the will of the people. Have to wait and see on all that ....
