CAN CANNABIS KILL BREAST CANCER? YOU BET
Cannabis component turns of gene that instigates breast cancer : patient testimonials, how to take it, how much, how long, how to prepare your own, advice from the Rick Simpson himself.
Today, there may be as many as one million breast cancer related deaths per annum worldwide
Literally thousands of cancer patients around the world claim that cannabis oil cured them of their cancer, but very few know about a simple cure may be at hand - NOW. Presently, there is a wealth of scientific data to support what was once a too good to believe cure for cancer. The most famous proponent for treating cancer with cannabis is a Canadian named Rickson. His protocol and preparation of his anti-cancer cannabis oil is presented here, with scientific findings on how phytocannabinoids, the active ingredients of marijuana work, plus patient testimonials.
“CBD was shown in clinical trials to induce both apoptosis (PCD - programmed cell death) and autophagy-induced (self degrading) death in breast cancer cells. PCD is well-documented, whereas autophagy-mediated cell death is a recent discovery, and great promise for cannabinoids to normalize and improve autophagy toward self-protection or self-destruction.”
FRANKENSTEIN AND OLD CELLS RECOGNIZE THEY HAVE NO FUNCTION AND DISSOLVE IN PROGRAMMED CELL DEATH
While comprehensive human clinical trial data is scant, there is ample evidence in animal trials that indeed cannabis oil kills many forms of cancer - in rats, mice, hamsters and rabbits. There are also literally thousands of cancer patients that claim that taking nothing but concentrated cannabinoid oil for several months literally wiped out their tumors. Thanks to hundreds of independent researchers, we are finding out more precisely how the main ingredients, particularly the cannabinoids THC and CBD in cannabis work.
"Many researchers throughout the world have found that cannabis oil fights Breast Cancer. Worldwide, breast cancers comprises more than 10% of all cancer in women, making it the third most common type after skin and lung cancer and the fifth most common cause of cancer death."
Phytocannabinoids (from cannabis), including CBD belongs, works by binding to certain cell receptors that make up the human endocannabinoid (body's own) system. These are the CB1 and CB2 receptors. Interestingly, CBD induced its anticancer effects independent of the activation of these receptors, which means that cannabinoids work on several levels.
“CBD may be an anticancer agent, because they suggest that CBD preferentially kills breast cancer cells, while minimizing damage to normal breast tissue. CBD inhibited the survival of both estrogen receptor-positive and estrogen receptor-negative breast cancer cell lines and induced apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner. At these concentrations, CBD had little effect on MCF10A (normal breast) cells, non tumorigenic cells.”
Many different phytocannabinoids mediate their effects by binding to CB1, CB2, or the vanilloid receptor; however, the results indicate that CBD induces Programmable Cell Death that is independent of the CB receptors. This implies that there may be another yet unidentified receptor, through which CBD mediates its anticancer effects and this potential discovery might provide better insight into the design of novel drugs with a mechanism of action similar to CBD.
ABOUT CANNABIS OIL
A Canadian man, a Mr. Rick Simpson helped popularize the use and home preparation of cannabis oil. Rick claims that it was cannabis oil that rid him of his cancer and he now shows others how he did it, and counter to his pharmaceutical counterparts, he provides this information for free.
Cannabis Oil, or Rick Simpson Oil is extracted from the resin rich flowers of the cannabis plant using any kind of organic solvent, such as coconut oil, benzene, vegetable oil, or ethanol. Cannabis "oils" are in fact a mixture of mainly of cannabinoids, with some terpenes, fatty acids, sterols, and essential oil values. Heavier solvents, like oils will be less concentrated while lighter solvents will tend to volatilize and reduce the concentration of the terpenes - the essential oils.
The strain of marijuana and solvent-protocol used dictates the amounts of THC and CBD and other ingredients in the oil. THC levels may range from 20 to 50% THC. The dosage of cannabinoids for cancer is on the order of a gram, plus or minus per day. If your cannabis oil is 50% THC, then 2 mls (about 2 grams) will contain about 1 gram or 1000 mg THC. A typical therapy for cancer lasts 60 days with a dose of 1 to 2 grams of CBD:THC 1:1 (ratio) days.
"An ounce or about 30 grams of good bud will usually produce 4 to 5 grams of high-grade oil."
Nutritional or maintenance doses are usually about 10-30 mg of CBD:THC 1;1. There is increasing evidence that even a couple of mg per day provides great benefits.

CASE STUDY - YOUNG WOMAN WITH BREAST CANCER
Stefanie LaRue came upon the Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) protocol which she claims rid her of cancer completely.
Stefanie LaRue, age 30 was discovered a lump in one of her breasts. She was misdiagnosed by three different doctors and was told that she was too young for breast cancer, but finally she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, which spread beyond the breast into other organs. She was given less than a year to live.
"Cannabis oil killed all of the tumors in my body. My monthly lab and quarterly scan results are proof that the cannabis oil treatment worked,” she says. Her doctor, who had previously been skeptical, now credits these “alternative” treatments as the reason for her speedy recovery.
Cannabis oil killed all of the tumors in my body. My monthly lab and quarterly scan results are proof that the cannabis oil treatment worked. I did my homework. I researched as much as I could. I watched. I listened. I read. I contacted. I prayed. Most of all, I believed. I weighed my options, which were essentially chemotherapy or cannabis oil, and I decided to take the natural route this time… My monthly lab and quarterly scan results are proof that the cannabis oil treatment worked.” - Stefanie LaRue."
"Cannabinoids are one of the very few potential targeted treatments for TNBC."

What is Triple-Negative Breast Cancer? Triple Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is particularly challenging. Most breast cancers are largely driven by hormone epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), estrogen receptors, and/or progesterone receptors. Since TNBC cells do not express these receptors, there are less ways to fight them. Thankfully, at least some cell lines express cannabinoid receptors, making cannabinoids, one of the only potential targeted treatments for TNBC.
A January 2015 study in Molecular Oncology extensively detailed the numerous ways CBD fights triple-negative breast cancer. By inhibiting epidermal growth factor (EGF) and its related receptor, CBD reduced the proliferation, migration, and invasion of TNBC cells. It also lowered the amount of inflammatory cytokines released by cancer cells, along with two matrix metalloproteinase enzymes associated with metastasis. Through these effects, CBD inhibited breast cancer growth and metastasis in two mouse models.

Cannabidiol (CBD) — a non-psychoactive phytocannabinoid derived from the cannabis plant — is gaining traction in medical circles and the public eye as increasing amounts of scientific literature confirm its medicinal qualities. These include CBD’s ability to stave off inflammation, dial down anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, and seizures.
More astonishingly, and perhaps more urgently, CBD is proving to be a powerful anticancer agent (as recently acknowledged by the U.S. government’s National Cancer Institute). A paper published by the American Association for Cancer Research found that CBD inflicts programmed cell death (PCD) in breast cancer cells.
CBD Turns Off Gene Known to Spread Cancer.
Although it has yet to be common knowledge, the compound in cannabis most famously known for causing a “high,” tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), has long been considered the powerhouse of cannabis therapeutics. Foremost among its many healing properties is its ability to kill cancer cells, confirmed by decades of research. More recently, however, scientists have discovered that THC does not act alone. In fact, it is far more effective when assisted by other cannabis compounds or cannabinoids, particularly cannabidiol (CBD).
Unlike THC, CBD is considered non-psychoactive. Many now know about CBD as it has garnered national attention over the past few years for its remarkable ability to stop seizures in intractable cases of epilepsy in children. As it happens, CBD is also a formidable cancer fighter, both alongside THC and in its own right.

CBD belongs to the cannabinoid family, a group of pharmacologically active compounds that bind to specific G-protein–coupled receptors (2). Phytocannabinoids are plant-derived products from Cannabis sativa; endogenous cannabinoids are made in animal and human tissues; and synthetic cannabinoids are laboratory produced.
I am triple positive. I only describe what has worked for me. Good luck! I am a 46 year old mother which is why (even though I am legal). My ratio is 1:1 (THC & CBD – THC kills cancer cells & CBD heals) 1ml / day of full extract to start off.
Cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) is an inhibitor of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell migration (stops them spreading) and cannabidiol (CBD), is a major non-psychotropic constituent of cannabis, that has been reported to possess anti-proliferative effect (stops growth or their ability to multiply ) on cancer cells. Scientists at California Pacific Medical Center who have been researching marijuana compounds for over 20 years confirm that cannabidiol, or CBD, has the ability to switch off the DNA that causes breast and other types of cancers to metastasize.
